Stephen A. Hardy

Managing Partner

Mr. Hardy is based in New York City and has over 25 years of experience developing real estate across North America. His primary focus is the management and growth of the firm while maintaining an active role in the self-storage business. Over his career, Mr. Hardy has developed nearly $1 billion worth of commercial and industrial properties. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario as well as the Harvard Business School where he received his MBA with honors.

Stephen M. Schwartz

Managing Partner

Mr. Schwartz is based in San Francisco and leads the company’s efforts on the West Coast. He began his real estate career at Salomon Brothers in the firm’s home building group. He founded TVG Partners in 2001 and has spent more than 20 years developing and investing in self-storage, light industrial and residential properties. Stephen splits his time between New York City and the Bay Area and is an active runner and cyclist. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jason P. Enters

Partner

Mr. Enters is based in Norwalk, CT, and has deep experience in the multifamily residential sector, having developed and operated over 100 properties with a collective value of over $1 billion. He began his career as an architect evolving into planning, project management, construction, and finance. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he received dual degrees in Building Science and Architecture and received his Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NYU.

Bryan M. Dietz

Partner

Mr. Dietz is based in Norwalk, CT and has over 20 years of experience in the high-rise residential development field, having worked on projects with a collective value of over $2 billion. Bryan’s experience spans design, development, construction, marketing and management. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Jeffrey B. Allsop

Partner

Mr. Allsop is based in Toronto and has over 25 years of corporate and investment banking experience. He most recently ran HSBC’s corporate, investment banking and capital markets businesses in Canada. His primary focus is on expanding TVG’s footprint across North America. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Honors Business Administration and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Bill Green

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Green has over 35 years of managing retail store operations and nearly 20 years in the self-storage business. Bill started his career with Public Storage and has been running the company’s Secure Self Storage brand for more than a decade. He is based in Delaware and is a graduate of Delaware Technical Community College.

John Cullen

Director of Finance

Mr. Cullen is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and administration. John has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and is a graduate of Fordham University. He is based in New York City.

Melissa Wood

Director of Operations

Ms. Wood is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in New York City. She has been in the storage industry for more than 15 years, previously having worked at Public Storage, prior to joining TVG in 2012. She is a graduate of Monroe College.

Chris Cocotas

Director of Design and Construction

Mr. Cocotas has 15 years of experience in the construction industry working for some of the largest builders in the country. Chris is responsible for the oversight of all of the company’s development projects from design through construction. He studied marine engineering at the United States Merchant Marine academy and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
